CANCELATIONS:
Cancelations made outside of a 24 hour period will forfeit 50% of the service charge.
Cancelations made within a 24 hour period forfeits 100% off the service charge.
APPOINTMENTS:
All appointments must be made with credit card details.
LATE ARRIVALS TO APPOINTMENTS (CLIENT):
If the client arrives more than 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, the [stylist] reserves the right to refuse the appointment
GIFT CARDS/VOUCHERS/PACKAGES:
Gift Cards expire as stated on the Gift Card.
Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift Cards cannot be refunded.
